About our dried range
Every dried lot starts as fresh mushrooms from our own climate-controlled rooms, cleaned and dried within hours of harvest. We dry low and slow to protect colour and aroma, then pack in food-grade barrier pouches with lot codes traceable back to the growing room. Trade buyers can request moisture certificates and lot samples with any enquiry.
